At Global Lift Collective (GLC), we’re a community of Kingdom-minded partners working together to abolish extreme poverty and unleash the God-given potential of all people.
Our dream? That every church, in every part of the world, would lead the way in transforming their community.
Behind that mission is a thoughtful structure and rhythm designed to keep our collaboration strong, transparent, and effective.
GLC isn’t a single organization—it’s a collective of partners united by a shared vision.
We believe lasting change happens through collaboration, not competition. That’s why we’ve built a model that brings churches, organizations, and individuals together to tackle challenges that no one could solve alone.
Our structure is intentionally flexible enough to adapt as we grow, yet strong enough to sustain long-term impact. Rather than forming a new entity, GLC leverages the strengths of each partner to create shared ownership and synergy.
GLC operates through three regional lead teams—in Malawi, Central America, and the U.S./U.K.—that work together to set vision, align priorities, and coordinate plans.
Together, these teams form the backbone of GLC’s leadership—shared, collaborative, and always mission-driven.
Life.Church serves as the backbone organization, providing operational and strategic support for GLC.
A full-time Operations Manager leads this work—coordinating between regions, managing reporting and communication, and ensuring our systems remain consistent and effective.
Importantly, Life.Church covers all operational costs, allowing 100% of GLC funding to go directly toward impact through our partner organizations.
Each region is also supported by a local coordinator who facilitates communication, gathers data, and keeps all partners aligned:
GLC’s work is powered by Resource Partners—churches, individuals, and foundations who give relationally, strategically, and financially to this shared mission.
Funds flow through donor-advised funds (DAFs) at trusted financial institutions such as National Christian Foundation and Stewardship.
A GLC Grant-Making Board, made up of leaders from partner churches, oversees all funding decisions to ensure every grant aligns with our shared mission and technical plan.
Each year, the GLC Technical Plan guides how funding is allocated to ensure the greatest impact:
Every funding cycle follows a clear rhythm—from planning in June to disbursement by year’s end—through five stages: design, submission, review, approval, and communication.
Measuring our impact and what we are learning is central to our collaboration.
This consistent rhythm keeps our collective focused, transparent, and growing in both reach and depth.
As GLC continues to grow, our commitment remains the same:
to collaborate deeply, steward resources wisely, and amplify the power of the local church.
Together, we’re not just funding projects—we’re fueling a global movement of churches lifting their communities for generations to come.
